I cherish spending time with my wife Erin, a middle school PE teacher, and son Brayden who is in the 10th grade at Princeton High School. I am also a proud US Army dad of Logan, in the 82nd Airborne Division. I love to work out, am an avid reader, and enjoy learning to play golf.

I am responsible for the overall leadership and management of a large, diverse middle school. I am a dynamic, visionary leader who is passionate about student success and committed to fostering a positive school culture. I have a strong background in instructional leadership, school operations, and building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
Instructional Leadership: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school's instructional program, ensuring alignment with district and state standards. Promote innovative teaching practices and strategies that enhance student learning. Monitor and analyze student achievement data to inform instructional decisions and interventions. Support and develop a highly effective teaching staff through professional development, coaching, and mentoring. Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and rigorous learning experiences for all students.
School Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, scheduling, and facility maintenance. Ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations, and federal laws. Oversee the implementation of school-wide initiatives, such as PBIS, RTI, and MTSS. Manage the school's budget and allocate resources effectively. Collaborate with support staff to provide comprehensive services to students.
Student Support Services: Oversee the implementation of comprehensive support services for all students, including English Language Learners (ELLs) and students with disabilities. Work closely with special education staff to ensure that students receive appropriate accommodations and modifications. Promote a positive and inclusive school climate that supports the social and emotional well-being of all students.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, and evaluate staff members. Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for staff. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Address staff concerns and provide guidance and support.
Community Relations: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, and community events. Collaborate with community partners to enhance student learning and well-being.
